Hatch Hinges

Unique to PE Marine Designz Ltd this type of hinge mounts to the inside face of the gutter - or underside if mounting to a hatch. It rotates the thickness of the hatch into the gutter opening when fully open.

Features

• Hinge to suit thickness of hatch between 12mm and 40mm - gutter and hatch profile to be specified by PE Marine Designz Ltd.
• Opening angle between 95° and 100° (hatch corner rad needs to be between small relative to reveal).
• Reveal between 5mm and 10mm.
• Hinge available in aluminium (silver anodise finish) or stainless steel (polished or bead blast)
• Hinge avialable with or without integral gas strut 6. hinge available as friction or free moving
• Full periferal seal supplied by PE Marine Designz Ltd.
• Hinge concealed (hidden) when hatch is closed, only latch is visible for opening the hatch.
• Hinge installation suitable for access hatches of varying sizes and flatness within 5mm.
